Data we process
Your name, email, phone and message as entered in the membership and quote forms; a technical session cookie required to keep you signed in.
Anonymous visit statistics
To understand how the site is used we keep anonymous statistics without cookies and without storing your IP address: the page visited, where the visit came from (e.g. a search engine), country, device type and browser. Unique visitors are counted with a one-way digest renewed every day; this cannot identify you.
Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to create and manage your membership account, to answer your quote requests and to contact you, based on your explicit consent and on the processing being necessary to enter into a contract.
Sharing and retention
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Site traffic is delivered through Cloudflare, our security and access infrastructure provider. Data is kept only as long as needed to fulfil your request and is deleted when you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may access your data, request its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Send requests to [email protected].
